How to take your measurements

Follow the Alexandre Mason guide and enter your measurements online.

If you prefer a printed sheet, it can be downloaded below.

Before you begin

01 — What to wear

Wear a competition shirt or a thin T-shirt — the layer the piece will be worn over. Do not measure over bulky clothing.

02 — Waist cord

Tie a thin cord at your natural waist and leave it in place until all measurements are taken. It is the constant reference point for several measurements and keeps them correctly positioned.

03 — Natural posture

Stand upright and naturally. Do not hold in your stomach, square your shoulders or change your habitual posture while measuring.

04 — Photos & height

Provide your height and two full-length photographs — front and side. Stand upright, in a natural position.
